Putin has never liked to deal with unpleasant issues. It is the norm for him to delay for days in reacting to such events as the defeats of the Russian armed forces, Prigozhin's riot or the terrorist attack in Crocusa. But against the background of the Orsk and Orenburg disasters, Putin's indifference has become blatant! As if nothing had happened, he is allocating 300 billion dollars for the construction of the Moscow-St. Petersburg motorway (the amount stolen will be no less than that stolen for constructing the Orsk dam)!
The first reports that the dam in Orsk had burst came on 5 April. By 8 April, Orsk was flooded, and Minister of Emergency Situations Kurenkov was ferrying through the streets in a VIP boat. The situation in Orenburg is deteriorating, and an evacuation is being carried out. In the Tyumen region, the population was urged to prepare for evacuation due to floods.
At the same time, V. Putin ordered to resume the competition: "Come on, girls! Putin gave that order after he visited the Sverdlovsk and Chelyabinsk regions.
It turns out that the tsar has no time. He is playing on his "traditional values." The lives and property of the inhabitants of Orchans and Orenburg are equated with non-traditional values!
Putin instructed the allocation of at least 300 billion rubles from the National Welfare Fund for constructing a high-speed Moscow-Petersburg highway in 2025. At the same time, Orsk is underwater. Residents are going to lynch the mayor. They directly ask: "Putin, help!"
Significantly, Putin started another corruption project (Moscow- Petersburg highway) right during the disaster in Orsk, the cause of which was theft, mismanagement and irresponsibility!
What more proof do we need that the regime doesn't care about people?
According to Peskov, Putin regularly hears reports from officials on the situation in the Urals disaster zone. And Minister Kurenkov was sent on a boat trip around Orsk on Putin's behalf. The ruler of Russia allegedly even instructed the Ministry of Internal Affairs to protect order and property in flood zones (it seems that the Ministry of Internal Affairs should only do this with Putin's instructions).
But in the end, even Kim Jong-Un showed more humanity towards the beleaguered Orchans than Putin. The Korean leader sent his Russian counterpart a telegram expressing deep sympathy on behalf of the government, the people of the DPRK and himself "over the serious material damage caused by floods in the Orenburg region".
The regime's servants will write that Putin is worried. But in reality, he doesn't care.
